The using ways of product

This product is made for parts and components, electronic hardware components, metal coating and industrial products salt spray corrosion test.

The structure of the main box

The whole main box was welded together by mould at high temperature, it is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, non-Leaks.

It uses tower spray system, and is equipped with saline solution filtration system and nozzle of no crystallization in order to make the spray distribute evenly, and the settlement is free to be adjusted.

It uses the transparent materials to make the Covers, in this way; the customers can see the test items and spray conditions in the box clearly. Between the Box and the Cover we use water as the seal structure, no salt spray can overflow.

Line control board and other components are fixed in the location which is easy to do inspection and maintenance. Besides, we use side-by-lock open doors, not only for beautiful, but also easy to maintain.

Control system

We use high-precision temperature control instrumentation, the error is ±0.1℃, you can choose FUJI, RKC  or Honeywell instrument.

Two style of spray can be offered, one is Continuous style another one is cycle.

All the circuits have a circuit breaker, and all the heaters have an electronic and mechanical overheating protection device.

Multi-system protection can make the use of the product safe and reliable.
