The usage of the Products:

This series of products are applicable to aerospace products, electronic instrumentation, materials, electrical and electronic products and various electronic components. It can test their performance data in high and low temperature or hot and humid environment.

Product Structure:

The main box is shaped by CNC machine, the modeling is pleasing and nice, and operated by no-reaction handle. It is easy to use.  

The interior of the box uses the material of imported stainless steel plate of mirror surface (SUS304), the outside of the box uses plastic coating plate in order to increase the texture and the cleanliness of the appearance.

Fill water tanks are placed in the lower right of the control box, and have automatic protection when lack of water, it is convenient for the operator to add water.

Large observation window with light make the box bright and the use of embedded heat-tempered glass make the customer have a clear observation at any time.

Piping of the humidification system is separated from the control circuit board to avoid the failure which is made by the leakage of the pipeline and to improve the safety.
The piping circuit system of the waterway system is used door open style, it is easy to maintain and repair.
There is a double-layer high temperature resistant sealed bar between the door and the main box to ensure the seal of the test area.
There is a test hole with a diameter of 30 or 50mm or 100mm on the left of the box. It can be used to connect the external testing power line or signal line. (If need increasing the aperture or the quantity of the hole, clarify before order).
It uses the high-quality fixed PU activities round at the bottom of the machine.

Programmable (alternating) controller:

Temperature and humidity control instrument uses large screen video (5.7-inch LED display) screen imported from "Korean". It is simple, easy to edit programs, no need keystrokes just touching the screen options is available.
There are two languages to choose for the controller interface. The operating curve can be displayed in the screen.
It has the capacity of 100 sections, 1000 programs which has 999 steps cycle. Each time can be set at the maximum of 99 hours and 59 minutes.

When the customer input the data and the test conditions, the controller will lock the functions to avoid human touch and temperature changes.

 With RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface, it can design the computer program to monitor the process of the test and the implementation of the functions such as automatically power on and power off.

 It has the functions of automatic calculate; it can amend the temperature change conditions immediately to make the control of temperature and humidity more precise and stable.

Refrigeration and air path circulatory

The refrigerator uses the “TAI KANG” completely closed compressor made in France.
The refrigeration system uses one unit or dual low-temperature loop system design.
It uses multi-winged blower which can offer cycle and powerful wind, and this wind style can avoid any dead ends, can make the temperature in the region distribute homogeneously.

This Wind Road use wind out and in cycle design, the air pressure and the wind speed are in line with the testing standards, and when open the door, the temperature change to low fast and stable.
Heating system and cooling system can completely work independently. This can raise the efficiency and lower the cost of test, also increase the life expectancy and lower the failure rate.
